    The Committee on Banking and Insurance moved to amend the bill as follows:

    On page four, section seven, line four, by striking out the words “autism spectrum” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “pervasive developmental”;

    On page four, section seven, lines nineteen and twenty, after “P.L. 111-148" by adding the words “or the Paul Wellstone and Pete Domenici Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act of 2008, P.L. 110-343”;

    On page five, section seven, line nine, after “P.L. 111-148" by adding the words “or the Paul Wellstone and Pete Domenici Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act of 2008, P.L. 110-343”;

    On page five, section seven, line ten, by striking out the words “behavioral analysis is a medically necessary” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “behavior analysis provided or supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst is an”;

    On page five, section seven, lines eleven and twelve, by striking out the words “autism spectrum disorders.” and inserting in lieu thereof the following: pervasive developmental disorders. Treatment for pervasive developmental disorders shall not be denied on the basis that the treatment is educational or nonrestorative in nature.;

    On page seven, section three-a, line twenty-three, by striking out the words “autism spectrum” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “pervasive developmental”;

    On page eight, section three-a, line twenty, after “P.L. 111-148" by adding the following: “or the Paul Wellstone and Pete Domenici Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act of 2008, P.L. 110-343”;
